Please read the information below, we will try to facilitate your application as easy and soonest possible.

Procedure for Membership application:-

1. Download the Membership Form. << click here (self-extracting zip files)
2. Fill in all the relevant particulars
3. Enclose payment by cheque or cash.
4. Contact any ISAM Official as listed here.
5. Request receipt of payment.

Membership Type and Fees:

1. Individual Member (age 18 & above)
    One time Registration Fee : RM 50.00
    Annual Fee                         : RM 50.00

2. Youth Member (age 17 & below)
    No Registration & Annual Fees (FOC)
    * On condition, a parent or guardian must be a registered ISAM member

Payment Modes:

1) Payment in Cheque or Bank Draft is to be crossed and made payable to Ice Skating Association of Malaysia.

2) Payment by Bank-in or On-Line transfer, Please pay directly to ISAM CIMB Bank A/C as below;
    ICE SKATING ASSOCIATION OF MALAYSIA, CIMB Account No.: 1224-000-8779-053

    Note: please email bank-in or on-line transfer slip to treasurer ( Kathleen Tham) email: kathleen@isam.my

Your payments will be acknowledged with an official receipt within a month.
